Whether you're creating vibrant full-color designs for T-shirts, cotton apparel, or poly-cotton blends, EasyColor™ delivers exceptional print quality with easy application and a soft finish. Engineered with a smooth PU construction and non-adhesive carrier, this material allows effortless cutting, weeding, and heat application.

Application Instructions

Suggested Cutting Settings

• Blade: 45°

• Pressure: 50 gf

• Speed: 20 cm/sec

Heat Transfer Settings

• Time: 15 seconds

• Temperature: 155°C (311°F)

• Pressure: Medium (2.5 / 3.5 bar)

• Peel: Warm

Steps

1. Print, cut, and peel excess material.

2. Remove the print by hand or use TTD Advanced.

3. Preheat garment for 5 seconds at 155°C.

4. Position the printed design on the garment.

5. Press using recommended settings.

6. Remove TTD/siliconized paper when warm.

🧺 Care & Washing Recommendations

• Wash up to 40°C, inside-out (best).

• Ironing: Yes, inside-out.

• Tumble Dry: Yes (synthetic cycle).

• Dry Cleaning: Not allowed.

• Bleach: Do not use.

• Wait 24 hours before first wash.

Storage

• Shelf life: Up to 2 years

• Temperature: 18°C – 26°C

• Store vertically, away from sunlight and dust.

• HP Latex: 85°C, no drying time

• Roland TrueVis2: 35–40°C, 180 min dry

• Roland Eco-Sol Max 3: 35–40°C, 120 min dry

• Mimaki SS21: 40–45°C, 60 min dry

• Epson Water-Based: Ambient temp, no drying time
