At IT Care, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tech purchases. If your device is not performing as expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Return Request

    Log into your IT Care account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Device

    Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
